#15 is one of the group members teamed up with #13 and #14. Might be small, but is never intimiated. Just like #13, he has the ability to read Gokou's every movement. However, #15 comes in a more complete package than #13 or #14, he has a small, portable liquor bottle which holds an energy drink which can boost his power/energy. A extremely smart android, but not powerful enough. #15 is beheaded by Vegeta, and then explodes into pieces.
