One of the members in the Ginyu Force Burter. He is really tall and extremely fast. He claims to be the fastest in the entire universe, but Gokou proves him that Gokou is even faster. Not a bad fighter, but arrogant. He thinks speed can be an advantage in fight, true, but not against Gokou. Gokou is just too strong and way too fast, he dodges an attack from Burter, moves behind him and kicks him into the air. With one final blow, Gokou elbows the back of Burter's head, knocking him unconscience. Vegeta breaks Burter's neck with his knees and kills him after Gokou knocks him down.
